The 'iw test' command is specific to iw-cli's own development - it assumes Scala tests in .iw/core/test/ and BATS E2E tests in .iw/test/, using scala-cli and bats runners.

This command should not be part of the distributed iw-cli that other projects use. Move it to project-local commands that only exist in the iw-cli repository itself, not in the commands that get distributed to other projects.

Other projects have their own test frameworks, runners, and directory structures - they don't need this iw-cli-specific test command.

Intake: fixed by 323cc7abd4

Commit 323cc7ab ("IW-106: Restructure source code location - separate from .iw directory (#330)") moved every distributed command from .iw/commands/ to commands/ and kept test.scala in .iw/commands/. On main, commands/ holds no test.scala, and .iw/commands/ holds only test.scala. scripts/package-release.sh copies only commands/ into the release package, so other projects do not get the test command. It runs in this repository as ./iw ./test.
