Phase 3: Recent issues - Linear

Goals: Enable fetching and displaying recent Linear issues in the Create Worktree modal

What was built:

LinearClient.buildListRecentIssuesQuery() - Pure GraphQL query construction
LinearClient.parseListRecentIssuesResponse() - Pure JSON parsing
LinearClient.listRecentIssues() - HTTP execution with backend injection
Updated CaskServer.buildFetchRecentFunction for Linear tracker

Testing:

8 unit tests (query building, response parsing, HTTP execution with mocks)

Patterns applied:

Same pure/effectful separation as GitHub implementation
Backend injection for testability (SyncBackendStub)
Reused Issue model from existing codebase
