Found during IW-620. The Scaladoc of ProcessAdapter.run (core/adapters/Process.scala:66-72) does not say that timeoutMs still applies when destroyOnExit = false. Only docs/api/Process.md:173 says it. A caller that reads only the Scaladoc can think that a shutdown-safe call has no timeout.

Fix: add one sentence to the Scaladoc that states the timeout applies in both modes.
