Cards become a div with a stretched primary link, so the Claude row can
sit beside it. The / route reads the session registry once per request.

- Board and lane cards are a div with a stretched card link; the Claude row is its sibling, so no link nests in a link
- The / route reads the session registry once per request and gives each card its reading; a miss reads as not read
- Itest and E2E fixture prove the board links, the agent lane, and a versioned agent's transcript under its own config directory
