IW-701: Send Linear user values as GraphQL variables 2714194198

Request bodies for issue create, search, recent issues and comment pages
now hold a constant query text plus a variables object, serialised with
ujson. Removes escapeForJson, which applied one escaping layer where the
embedding needed two.

- Five Linear body builders send user values as GraphQL variables in a ujson-built body
- escapeForJson removed; buildLinearQuery and validateToken unchanged
- Round-trip regression tests decode each body and check variables and the constant query
