- dashboard.test fork reads a test-only logging.properties that sets io.undertow, org.xnio and org.jboss.threads to WARNING
- LibraryLogLevelsTest pins the three logger levels and the root console handler
- Reproduction program reports zero stray lines for ./mill dashboard.test
