Found during IW-681, which made ./mill dashboard.test output pristine.

dashboard.itest probably has the same stray Undertow output; it is outside IW-681 — IW-681 phase 3 put a logging.properties on the dashboard.test JVM only.
No CI check keeps dashboard.test output pristine; the reproduction program is outside the repository — see the reproduction program in project-management/issues/IW-681/analysis.md.
