Noticed while reviewing SUPP-53 phase 1 (see #53).

These files carry no // PURPOSE: header, unlike the rest of the package:

Pac4jHttpSecurity.scala
Pac4jSecurityConfig.scala
Pac4jConfigFactory.scala
Pac4jModuleRegistry.scala

Left alone in #53 because it predates that change and fixing it there would have been
an unrelated edit.
