Cuts 0.6.0 from the merge of #71, following the shape 0.5.0 used: this PR carries the release
version, the tag on the merge commit is what publishes, and a bump back to a snapshot follows.

publish.yml pairs each ref with the version kind it owns, so this PR publishes nothing — a
non-snapshot version on a branch push is gated off. v0.6.0 on the merge commit is what reaches
the registry.

What 0.6.0 ships

The cc-chat effort, six slices: the transcript contract (SessionApi as endpoint descriptions a
host mounts anywhere, addresses written down once so host and browser cannot drift), the cc-*
vocabulary a project styles entirely from its own stylesheet, a Claude Code log read as a
transcript, following a session as it is written, the live read that puts a running session's own
stream into the shape its transcript will hold, a turn that ends badly saying which ending it was,
structured input carried as blocks, and an owned archive that survives the vendor pruning its tree
at thirty days.

Breaking change

UserMessage carries List[ContentBlock] instead of String, and gained the vendor's uuid and
the id joining a subagent's answer to its call. The CLI sends both shapes under message.content
— a bare string for a turn of words, an array of blocks for every tool answer — and the old shape
could read only the first, dropping the other as an unknown message. Measured over four sessions of
one agent: 134 entries carry blocks, 50 carry a string.

The README gains an "Upgrading from 0.5.0" section with the migration, and its dependency snippets
move to 0.6.0.

Tested by use before it was cut

The effort's consumer held a real working day's conversation on this code before the version was
stamped — which is the thing procedures is about to be moved onto.

Cuts `0.6.0` from the merge of #71, following the shape `0.5.0` used: this PR carries the release version, the tag on the merge commit is what publishes, and a bump back to a snapshot follows. `publish.yml` pairs each ref with the version kind it owns, so **this PR publishes nothing** — a non-snapshot version on a branch push is gated off. `v0.6.0` on the merge commit is what reaches the registry. ## What 0.6.0 ships The `cc-chat` effort, six slices: the transcript contract (`SessionApi` as endpoint descriptions a host mounts anywhere, addresses written down once so host and browser cannot drift), the `cc-*` vocabulary a project styles entirely from its own stylesheet, a Claude Code log read as a transcript, following a session as it is written, the live read that puts a running session's own stream into the shape its transcript will hold, a turn that ends badly saying which ending it was, structured input carried as blocks, and an owned archive that survives the vendor pruning its tree at thirty days. ## Breaking change `UserMessage` carries `List[ContentBlock]` instead of `String`, and gained the vendor's `uuid` and the id joining a subagent's answer to its call. The CLI sends both shapes under `message.content` — a bare string for a turn of words, an array of blocks for every tool answer — and the old shape could read only the first, dropping the other as an unknown message. Ships the transcript contract and the browser element the `cc-chat` effort
built: `SessionApi` as endpoint descriptions a host mounts anywhere, the
`cc-*` vocabulary a project styles entirely from its own stylesheet, a Claude
Code log read as a transcript, following a session as it is written, the live
read that puts a running session's own stream into the shape its transcript
will hold, and an owned archive that survives the vendor pruning its tree at
thirty days.

One breaking change, documented in the README: `UserMessage` carries content
blocks rather than a string. The CLI sends both shapes under `message.content`
— a string for a turn of words, blocks for every tool answer — and the old
shape could read only one of them.

Verified by a working day's use before the version was cut: the effort's
consumer held a real conversation on it, which is what `procedures` will now
be moved onto.
