lets pushes to main publish again: publish.yml pairs each ref with the version kind it owns, so
a snapshot on main publishes and a release reaches the registry through its tag alone.

0.6.0 is out. Run 1938 succeeded on v0.6.0 → 6031a1a, and the registry answers 200 for
the pom and jar of all five modules plus the two Scala.js artifacts.
