Summary

Sets the version to 0.7.0 in build.mill and in the README install coordinates. Rebased on main after #89 (kyo stays out of the publish) and #91 (CI gets a reaping PID 1).

What 0.7.0 brings

• Session custody (ZIO). Every session that query and session run is kept under $XDG_DATA_HOME/agent-transcripts, and ZioSessionCatalog reads it back by id.
• Breaking (ZIO): archive takes a Custody; ConversationArchive → SessionCatalog; ArchiveConfig changed shape; ArchiveConfig.locating is gone; ArchiveError.InstallationKeyTaken is new. See README "Upgrading from 0.6".
• Chat UI: URLs, www. hosts and email addresses become links that open beside the conversation.
• kyo is not published (KX-D7).

Known issue, not fixed in 0.7.0: #92 — in the ZIO API, closing a query or a session can hang for ever in a container whose PID 1 does not reap zombies (present since 0.6.1).

After merge

1. Tag the merge commit v0.7.0 and push the tag. The tag build publishes the release.
2. Open 0.8.0-SNAPSHOT on main.

Keep the kyo experiment out of every publish ... 8484ae442c

KX-D7 holds kyo as an unpublished experiment, and build.mill said so,
but kyo extended SharedModule, which mixed in PublishModule. The publish
selector __:PublishModule.publishArtifacts therefore took it, and
claude-code-query-kyo_3:0.7.0-SNAPSHOT reached the registry. Tagging
v0.7.0 would have added a release of it that the registry cannot
overwrite.

SharedModule now carries the compile settings only. PublishedModule adds
PublishModule, the version and the POM, and every module except kyo
extends it. ./mill resolve __:PublishModule.publishArtifacts no longer
lists kyo.

A minor release. One breaking change, in the ZIO API.

Session custody: the ZIO API keeps a copy of every session that query
and session run, under $XDG_DATA_HOME/agent-transcripts, so a session can
still be read after the CLI deletes its own transcript. Nothing needs to
be wired. ZioSessionCatalog reads a kept session back by its id.

Breaking: the archive parameter of ClaudeCode.query and
ClaudeCode.session takes a Custody instead of an Option[ArchiveConfig],
ConversationArchive/ZioConversationArchive are now
SessionCatalog/ZioSessionCatalog, ArchiveConfig names an Installation
and the custody root, ArchiveConfig.locating is gone, and ArchiveError
has one more case, InstallationKeyTaken. Records kept by 0.6 are not
read. README 'Upgrading from 0.6' shows each change.

Chat UI: a URL, a www. host and an email address in a message become
links. A page link opens beside the conversation; a link is underlined
and keeps the colour of the text around it.

The kyo module stays an unpublished experiment (KX-D7).
