Found during IW-599.

TmuxAdapter.attachSession (core/adapters/Tmux.scala:99) and HerdrAdapter.attachSession (core/adapters/Herdr.scala:217) call ProcessAdapter.streamOrExplain without a timeoutMs. streamOrExplain passes ProcessAdapter.DefaultTimeoutMs (5 minutes, core/adapters/Process.scala:24) to runStreaming, which gives it to os.proc(...).call(timeout = ...).

An attach is interactive and has no natural time limit. A human who stays in the session that iw start or iw open attached to longer than 5 minutes has the attach process killed, and the command reports "Could not attach to session ...: it ran out of time and was stopped".

Expected: the attach is not bounded by a timeout.
