Collector for small fixes in docs/plans (filed from IW-702 follow-ups).

  • docs/plans/2026-08-11-ci-green-gate.md:412-454 still describes ciGatedSha and CiGate.snapshotCheck as the design; both are gone — mark the plan section superseded.
