- IssueId.numericPart owns the number-after-the-hyphen rule; ForgejoClient and dashboard IssueSource helpers deleted
- GitHub adapter and fetchGitHubIssue take the issue number
- GitLab adapter and fetchGitLabIssue take an IssueId
- Tests restated for the new contracts; follow-ups recorded
