Found during IW-651 (phase 1 code review, iteration 1, composition warning: project-management/issues/IW-651/review-phase-01-20261001-145752.md).

core/adapters/ForgejoClient.scala is about 1300 lines. The timeline parsers and paging are a self-contained cluster that can move to their own object (for example ForgejoIssueTimeline).

This issue takes the work of #671 again, from current main. Its first attempt (final PR #731) fell 318 commits behind main and was closed.
