- fetchCiSnapshot reads GET /merge_requests/:iid/pipelines instead of the merge request's single head_pipeline
- parseMrPipelines maps every entry to a CiRun and fails loudly on a missing field rather than defaulting one
- a GitLab CiRun carries its pipeline id as workflowLabel, so two pipelines at one commit survive dedupe
- a full 100-entry page sets incomplete, which the gate model already refuses to judge
- 5 regression tests at the adapter level; core/model/CiGate.scala is unchanged
