- WorkspaceSession.enterAfterHooks joins the session and prints the undelivered prompt when no action hook took it, for NoHooks and SetupOnly alike
- CommandResult.promptNotSent (exit 5) tells a caller the session opened and the prompt did not run; a failed join still returns 1
- Open and Start declare the new exit code, so the declared surface matches the behaviour
- the message states a fact about the prompt and carries its next step, replacing a claim about the plugin inventory that could be false
- harness tests pin the join, the prompt on stdout and the exit code; the two negative BATS assertions now pin a string the code can emit
