- iw issue <id> --comments prints every comment after the issue, oldest first
- The issue view shows a comment count line that names the --comments command
- Tracker access is resolved once for the issue and comment fetches; output is all-or-nothing
- Comment author and body pass through TerminalSafeText.strip
