Add LiveAgent, ClaudeConfigDir and ProcessEnviron to the domain; sessionsDir uses the one config-dir rule dcd1014be5

Read each agent's transcript from its own config directory and find versioned Claude agents 5f1efeaf3f

LiveAgentReader.agents returns agents with their config directory taken from
the process environ, and accepts versioned binaries and claimed spares.
TranscriptReader.tailFor takes the config directories; AgentSessionService
passes each worktree the directories of its agents, else the server's.

Make the not-a-process and command-name tests able to fail 00be0b7219

The fake self entry now has an agent's comm and a cwd, so only the
numeric-name filter keeps it out. The no-cmdline test gives each
process its own directory and asserts which one is found.

- Find Claude agents by argv[0] as well as comm (versioned binary, claimed bg-spare)
- Read each agent's transcript from its own CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR via /proc environ
- One config-directory rule (ClaudeConfigDir) for sessions and transcripts
- Server config dir wired to CaskServer as the transcript fallback
