- PortSlot model: lowest free slot, strict slot file format, port computation within 1-65535
- WorktreePortSlots.claim/read/list with a cross-process and JVM-local repository lock
- AtomicFile.write shared by WorktreeServices and WorktreePortSlots
- Integration tests against real git worktrees, including lock mutual exclusion from a second JVM
