- Card, tasks.md and config writes go through AtomicFile: temp file and atomic rename
- Stderr warnings print Warning: instead of Error: Warning:
- WorktreeGitDir tests moved to WorktreeGitDirTest; CiGate.poll has its own Scaladoc
- Review iteration 1: no critical issues; warnings recorded in FOLLOW-UPS.md
