The published POM named github.com in url and in both scm entries, although the project lives on code.iterative.works. PR #11 corrected the repository name there but kept the GitHub host.

VersionControl.github(...) can only build github.com URLs, so the POM now uses the plain constructor. One value, repoUrl, holds the repository URL, and url, browsableRepository and connection all derive from it, which also removes the three-fold repetition.

Verification:

./mill show webawesome.jvm.pomSettings: url, browsableRepository and connection all name code.iterative.works.
The generated POM carries the scm block with connection, developerConnection and url.
No line of build.mill exceeds the 100-column limit of .scalafmt.conf.

Scope: this affects 3.12.0.1-SNAPSHOT onward. The published 3.12.0 keeps the POM it has on Maven Central. The developer entry still names a GitHub profile, because you asked only for url and scm.
