Version now mirrors the tracked Web Awesome release (3.2.1-SNAPSHOT) so compatibility is immediately obvious
Tag definitions moved to shared WebAwesomeTags class parameterized on scalatags Bundle, eliminating duplication between JVM and JS modules
Added versioning policy to README

All 4 smoke tests pass
