Found during IW-672 (IssueId.numericPart). The earlier collector #707 already has a branch, so these items go here.

IssueId.team uses split("-").head (core/model/IssueId.scala:61), the sibling of numericPart; consider deriving both from one pattern match.
No harness test covers iw issue fetch for GitLab — core/test/IssueHarnessTest.scala has GitLab cases only for issue create (lines 301, 381); add one that asserts the full IssueId reaches fetchGitLabIssue.
