docs/plans(filed from IW-708 follow-ups).CommitBeforeGate/DeferToCaller) is stale since IW-702 moved the card out of the tree — §4.2 (theCommitPolicytext and the "Commit on every exit path" rule), §9 C6, departure 15 and departure 37. —CommitPolicydoes not occur in core/.--no-waitis deleted"), C3-S10 under "Critiques rejected" and DECISION 16 say--no-waitis deleted — butphase-prhas--no-wait(core/commands/PhasePr.scala:66,406); record the departure in "Built vs. designed".Intake: agent-ready
Workflow: waterfall
Reason: all gates passed
Analysis: project-management/issues/IW-770/analysis.md on branch IW-770
Implement: needs-human
Reason: batch-implement exit 1 — the kanon plugin does not compile against the core of the current main, so batch-implement never started and wrote no batch-implement.log. On main, #778–#780 changed the tracker port's forge calls (for example
fetchPullRequestForBranch) to returnEither[TrackerError, …]; the installed kanon plugin'slib/batch/ForgeCatchUp.scalastill expectsEither[String, …]. This blocks every implement run on iw-cli until the plugin is updated, not only this issue. The last lines of the command output (no batch-implement.log exists):
Release: the implement loop failed this issue for a reason outside it. The kanon plugin did not compile against iw-cli main, because the tracker port now returns TrackerError (iw-cli #778). The plugin fix is dev-docs #484, and iw-cli 0.22.1 carries the core change. The issue goes back to the implement loop.
