Summary

Once the GitLab CI gate started to read every pipeline at a commit (parseMrPipelines), GitLabClient.parseMrPipeline had no production caller. Michal approved its deletion on the issue.

Changes

• core/adapters/GitLabClient.scala: parseMrPipeline removed.
• core/test/GitLabCiTest.scala: its tests removed.
• docs/api/GitLabClient.md: its section removed.
• No other code changes. parseMrPipelines and fetchCiSnapshot still serve the gate, unchanged.

Testing

• Phase PR #789 passed CI (full suite).
• GitLabCiTest and CiGateTest pass. rg parseMrPipeline\b finds no remaining reference.

Follow-ups

Two small gaps found in review (test coverage of parseMrPipelines, and one stale doc sentence about head_pipeline) are filed as #790.

Release notes

Internal cleanup only. Users see no change. See project-management/issues/IW-557/release-notes.md (Czech).
