Summary

Six core/test files had their second // PURPOSE: line at line 4, below package iw.tests. The project rule puts both PURPOSE lines at lines 1-2. This PR moves each second line up to line 2, above package.

Defects fixed

  • Phase 1 (#639): second PURPOSE line after the package line in ConfigFileTest.scala, ConfigRepositoryTest.scala, DeletionSafetyTest.scala, GitRemoteTest.scala, LogTest.scala, OutputTest.scala.

Testing

Comment-only change. The phase PR compiled the files and passed CI. No runtime behaviour changes.
