Summary

Moves the second // PURPOSE: line of core/test/GitTest.scala from line 4 (after package) to line 2, so the two-line file header sits at lines 1-2 as the project rule requires.

Defects fixed

  • Phase 1 (#627): second PURPOSE line of GitTest.scala sits after the package line.

Testing

  • core/test/GitTest.scala compiles and its tests pass; CI ran the full suite on the phase PR (#627).
  • The change moves one comment line. It does not change behaviour.

Follow-ups filed

  • #628 — six more core/test files have their second PURPOSE line after package
  • #629 — DebugTest.scala and the core *HarnessTest.scala files have only one PURPOSE line
  • #630 — no check enforces the PURPOSE header position
  • #631 — GitTest.scala's second PURPOSE line names only the remote-URL tests
